The Personal Resilience Science Framework
The Personal Resilience framework was first developed using an interdisciplinary approach to what makes people resilient – biological, psychological, and social factors. However, after thorough extensive research and trials in developing courses, we then decided to use two main pillars of resilience as the approaches: protective factors and adversities. Starting from these two pillars, we took a look at existing theories, studies, and concepts explaining them.
The PR Framework is currently comprised of 23 Domains and 96 Elements, which are a result of research and analysis deducted from the literature worked on by a plethora of scholars and experts in the fields of resilience.
